Here with The Breezy Doula we offer non-judgmental support for however you plan to give birth. You are in the drivers seat. We never judge a mother, father or family based on what decisions they make to give birth.

For birth support, we will meet 1-2 times to create a birth plan/wish. We will go over the details of how you would like your labor and delivery to be. From the small things like dim lighting, essential oils, music, massage, TENS unit, yoga ball… ect. to the big things like if you want medications offered, electronic fetal monitoring and positions to push your baby, ect. After we meet, we type out your birth plan and bring it to where you are going to deliver. When you’re in labor and ready for support, we meet you at your home or where you would like to labor. No matter what time or stage of labor. We provide massage, acupressure, words of affirmation and all you have chosen for your birth wish. Then we are with you until about 1-2 hours after you give birth. We help with your first feeding (how ever you decide to feed your baby)

For postpartum support, we provide emotional support, evidence based newborn tips and tricks, assist in breast or bottle feeding, cook nourishing meals, aide in healing and recovery from giving birth, newborn care so you can catch up on sleep, light house work such as baby’s laundry, vacuuming, meal prepping, teach you how to baby wear, sibling bonding, and so much more.

We offer a free consultation on zoom or phone call to discuss the support you will need.
