What is Spinning Babies® ?
Spinning Babies® is a physiological approach to a better pregnancy and labor. The parent education course is a two-hour class that adds confidence, skills and reassurance for the expecting mother and their partner. Our body and baby centered approach can be used every day in pregnancy and while in labor. There are also positions to prepare for a more comfortable birth. The skills you will learn in the Spinning Babies® Birth Preparation Class will support your natural ability to have your baby.
