  • We are currently not accepting insurance

We would love for you to submit your bill to your insurance. We believe doula’s are medically necessary for every mom to be. Unfortunately, most Doula’s are not covered by insurance. It depends on your insurance and if they accept your bill. You can help doulas be seen as necessary by submitting your bill regardless if your insurance accepts.

  • Great! It’s your birth. I’ll be there to support you until you receive medication, and continue to support you through delivery. Most hospitals make a mom reach a certain number of dilation before receiving medication. I’ll provide comforting pressure point/massage, breathing technique & more to help you. Then once your epidural is placed, I will help keep you comfortable and still help you with the pushing, breathing all the way, until 1 to 2 hours after your baby is born.

  • Yes! We support VBAC. If you’re worried about trying for a VBAC, we can set limitations and goals in your birth plan. For example, if you’re a mom who had a previous rough labor which led to a c-section and don’t want to have the same experience, we can set limits on how long you labor or what you wish to do differently.

  • We are a team of doulas who all want to support you!! You can request a specific doula, if they are available, great! If not, we go based off availability and location (who is closest to you/your birth location) - If multiple of our doula team members are available for your due date, you can meet them all virtually if you are interested in interviewing multiple! We are very flexible and all want you to have great support.
